Ideally, the purpose of mobile App is convenience and usability. Technically, I couldn't move pass the Identification Card stage with my camera as there are lapses photo frame captures. Mitcheew, well I see no other way of resolving it than going to the bank to access my bank ID; if I would want to consider the second activation process.

It stopped working after some sort of “overnight service“, resulted in a huge headache for me. The person supposed to give advice doesn't read the messages. I specified that I do not have access to a mobile network and still, the only recommendation was to call them. Or tell them when I can take a call. This app,at least the Android version,needs some polish.

The app should be improved in many ways. If you want to order a card, it is mentioned that you can do it from the app, but in reality this is not possible - you have only a call center number. If you want to reimburse advance payment for your credits, this is not possible, you need to go to he bank and sign some papers, usually waiting in line. In an evolved world, where you can virtually do almost anything, it feels like BRD it's a bit with a step behind.
